This modern one bedroom apartment in Epping was being marketed in a very competitive market due to the release of multiple new apartments at the time.

Styling was essential to highlight how best to utilise the small, compact space that comprised this apartment. Using a darker sofa created a contrast to the blonde timber flooring. A coffee table and dining chairs that use less visual space made the room feel larger. In a small space furniture choices are critical.
