This architecturally designed, new build was located in a boutique estate consisting of three houses. The internal neutral finishes called for contemporary furnishings with splashes of black to add sophistication.

Given the central location of the dining room in the open plan area we selected a glass dining table, thus using less visual space. By repeating the subtle use of black in the alfresco area, a seamless flow between the outdoor and indoor areas is created.
